- WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU INCLUDING:
a) Device Information. We collect device-specific information when you access the
ESPAÑOL CON MARÍA Platform from a computer, mobile, and/or other device,
including your hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers,
mobile network information, country of access, crash reports, request and referral URL’s
and system activity details.

picture, you have accumulated in the ESPAÑOL CON MARÍA Platform that may be visible
to other users of the ESPAÑOL CON MARÍA Platform, or information that you provide in
your account registration for forum use and your forum comments may be visible to other
forum users);

ESPAÑOL CON MARÍA collects and stores the email address and information that is provided
when users create an account on the site including name, location, and native language spoken.
ESPAÑOL CON MARÍA does not store personal credit card or payment information.
ESPAÑOL CON MARÍA records each private class for the student’s practice. The class is recorded
(voice and image) by Zoom, stored in the Zoom cloud and automatically deleted from the Zoom
cloud after 48 hours. When you take private classes through the site, only that class is shared with
the student in the private class (the teacher also shares their image and voice). By agreeing to the
terms and conditions, you permit ESPAÑOL CON MARÍA to use your image and likeness for this
purpose and for promotional materials.
Please note that these countries outside of the EEA may not have the same data protection laws as
your own jurisdiction. We take steps to ensure that there are adequate safeguards and mechanisms in
place to allow the transfer of your information across borders outside of the EEA.
10. OUR POLICIES REGARDING CHILDREN
The ESPAÑOL CON MARÍA Platform is not intended for children under the age of eighteen (18)
(the «Child» or «Children»), and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from such
Children. Children should not use or attempt to use the ESPAÑOL CON MARÍA Platform, and if
you are Children, please do not attempt to use the ESPAÑOL CON MARÍA Platform or send any
